You can do a lot with 365 Big Ben. Get that to a 5x5 and 500 will be yours.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Thank you so much.

Thurs April 3rd

Had two pounds of beef pwo, mildly stuffed, then I drove to the shed, a whole hundred yards away, but it looks like ill have to make some blocks.

Need to clear my head. Looking to get a "new" car, and some laser eye surgery maybe even another job.

But for now...

Deads conventional
315
4x3

Experimenting with different foot placement. Still no verdict. Just gotta get better at repetition.

Squat & walk around
185
2x5

My lower back is gone. Thats my verdict. Just after I started the first of my last 3 jobs, where im on my feet 8-10 hours straight, my squat backpedaled. Nothing explains how everything else has improved (or was improving). No excuses though. Its getting warmer out and I have more plates. My road to a 1300 and onward raw total is here. 2,000 one day. And some single ply even. And some tren. But for now lets look directly ahead.

My new job has me on my feet 9 hours/day and it made my feet and lower legs stronger and improved my posture, which i'm pretty sure translated into a cleaner, deeper squat.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but in my case, I needed more time standing to address weaknesses. You may need less, so a job that fits better is a good idea. I also get benefits from aligning my job schedule with my workouts so my energy is best for harder sessions, etc.

Keep searching for the right balance. There have been so many little adjustments I've made and things flow better. Many of the adjustments were made coincidentally and I noticed the difference after the fact. Even doing the right accessory work to switch on muscles, etc without pre-fatiguing may work. I'm doing a few sit ups between DL sets and it seems to make my core/low back more stable during the workout.

You have good goals. When you get a better set up or get some other luck, your motivation will only increase.

All that or...you could be lifting with too much food in your belly!!

JD is right; its all a balancing act. Eventually you will find something that works for you. You just have to keep chipping away at it regardless and try to improve.
