Break some mother fu**in PR's! You can do it, because unlike me, you actually lift. I don't know what to say other than weigh your options. Although, I'll tell you, if you aren't happy where you are, change it. Make sure you don't pick a temporary fix that turns out to be worse.

Wed Feb 26th

Bench, pinky on ring, no pause and all that good stuff
240
11 reps over 5 sets

No leg drive and didnt do anything else, that unbearable pain in my shins is back
