Friday december 14th

Heavy Hillbilly
Fast Friday

30 seconds rest between speed sets

Dynamic squats

Best speed squats in a while.

Dynamic bench

3 ring finger on ring
Got the wrong bench,padding is too soft,slid around,couldnt get tight.Never gonna use that for max benching.I've been having trouble reaching my chest/sternum on speed bench.Perhaps lower slower?

Supported rows
3 plates
2x5

As always,125 reps on band pushdowns,ab work,and i did rotator cuff work tonight.

Stayed wednesday and thursday night with friends.Baked ham,potatoes,and krispy kreme donuts!
