Thanks everybody.

I'm not worried about maintaining what too many people call a "hard core" personality. I'm not going to ignore people if they want to say hi or anything like that. I don't have to keep death metal playing while I'm resting between sets. Although the weight I use, I don't define as heavy enough, I like to take a few minutes between the big lifts and let my heart rate go down and enjoy my time in the gym, so I don't get so wore out.

I know I haven't been in others logs much and I hope to go through them thoroughly sometime in the next few days.


Closing thought: I just had the worst poop ever. My head hurts, my throat feels weird, and my left knee hurts. Please don't let 12 hours go by again.

I sure as hell don't have a hard core mentality! I'm mental, but that's about it! Like your attitude as always bud! I take long breaks between most sets too bud, don't think that you're the only one ! Do what you can, when you can, the best you can....you'll be a better person! Stay strong big man!!!
