Yo yo yo. Here's last nights bench (I didn't drink meat beforehand)


205 triples. No set count, possibly equal to last time. Fuck math. I got faster the more sets I did and the more leg drive I got.

Video of the last set. I haven't watched it yet, so.

Probably one more session of 205, then i'll see how 255 feels for some singles.


Did some dumbell tri extensions and key presses.
