Benchy Benchy!

I don't list warmups often:
Overheads with bar x15
Bench with bar 2x10 (whatever I felt like)
135x4
175x2
Lower back cramping
205lbs a lot x3. Lost count of sets. Triples were almost speed work.

Tricep extensions and Abs.

Watched the food channel between sets and still managed to keep rest times down.

Headache
