Thur July 4th!

Deadlifts. First time from the floor, conventional, in a while. I struggled with my form and sucked so much that I went sumo for several months, but it just doesn't feel right. Planned on repping 275 or 315. But that didn't happen.

425 for a 20lb pr!

365 felt silly light, but my fingers are sore so I strapped up. Setup was unintentionally tweaked.

Failed at 430. Next time! I think I really need to slow on down and go for prs less often. Then I can do these big prs!

Failed it at the knees. So I did low rack pulls 365 x3.


Box squats 225 x4. Any more than this and my weird setup makes me unstable to walk out.

Lots of shoulder work.

Incline planked 55 seconds.
