On deadlift days I'm wanting to do box squats, back, hams and traps, but I just left. These kind of days piss me off so much.
Strong benching Elite! Pec dec doesn't agree with me either. :/ Don't sweat Wednesday. 355 is a strong pull, even more so for feeling cruddy! I hope the extra rest (well, work) days give your joints the rest they might be looking for

Nice benching session. Like Kat said 355 is still a strong pull. Forget about that session, rest up and smash 'em next time! Fahgeddaboudit!

Gotta take the good with the bad. Last time I had a shitty day I just picked a movement and did a ton of reps and sets. I ended up doing rows, every way I could think of. It wasn't heavy but it was beneficial on a crappy day.

Another not so good day. Planned on squatting triples with 295lbs. Warmups felt so good I was going to attempt 405, but when I reached 275 I felt horrible. Did one with 295 and two more with 275. Live to lift tomorrow.
