Strong work bro. Buy a bunch of chicken breast and cook enough for several days. No excuse not to get your food in when gains are concerned. Buy canned chicken if you have to.

Try to get in about 9pm Wednesday. When I work third shift I will go in on mornings

I'm pretty pissed. Was scheduled to work at 2pm but went in and found out that since I completed my training in one day, I have to go back in at 11pm.
