Ignore this, just a little something I'm leaving for myself down the road (no I'm not switching programs just yet, still experimenting with things)


Angry Little Cuban program

Squat/Bench/Dead

After the work sets are done by the book, add 10lbs and do singles, then work back done 10lbs at a time and do reps.

Pause every squat rep.

Barbell rows and pulldowns after squats.

1 tricep and 1 shoulder movement after bench.

Supported rows and pulldowns after deads.

Make an effort to do ab work this time.

That last point is a big one. You don't have to see your abs, but big lifts require them to be strong.

Mon June 10th

Played baseball yesterday, and my thumbs are sore from the wood bat.

Pause squats

285lbs x4 +2

Sticking with this weight on these. Video later.


Bench - middle finger on rings - no leg drive

185lbs. Previous rep record was 30. New rep record is 47. Not in one set! Went for 50 and on rep 48 I failed. Threw it back and managed to catch one end and save my pretty face.

Leg curls, JM presses, hammer curls, side raises.

The highlight was dropping a 25 on my foot, behind the steel toe.


I know I haven't posted in the other logs much. I may not post often, but I will try harder to make more detailed comments and pay back the love you guys have shown me.
