Could have tried 6, hands went numb though. Sorry about not getting my feet in the angle. Felt like I spread the floor and kept the knees out. I know the elbows could come forward.

Bench 230x2. Gonna drop weight and build back. I was tight though, leg drive feels better. But I got pissed and deleted the video. Now I wish I would have tried them again

Great work Ben! Congrats on the big PR! I'm not even close to a squat expert, but thought you did well with your lower body. Little concerned about your forward tilt, little gm looking. Not really bad or anything just something to watch ! Also, it's obvious you want more and will get it no matter what, so buy some oly shoes or something !!! Just my opinion, but think your squat would jump up if you had some vs boots ! Keep smashing big man!!!!!!

Nice squat PR Ben! You determination is awesome. Keeping your shoulder blades tighter together and some core work wouldn't go amiss though.
