Have not lifted yet (going to squat 325x4 and bench 230x4)

Set a food PR, 3lb of beef. And Mexican style shredded cheese, sour cream and Sweet Baby Rays original barbeque. All kinds of seasonings, it tasted amazing. And looked disgusting, the bottom of the plate was solid grease.


Coincidently my lawn mower seat is coming undone. My only hope for redemption is to get strong.

I think I can make videos with Pandora radio playing off my phone at the same time. Unedited mobile uploads with awesome music and none of my cussing.
