Been a while since I posted so I decided to make a new log and start over. Life's been pretty busy since I last posted: I had my first baby and am really enjoying it and I also bought a house and am busy renovating. Just took a month off from the gym to recover and get ready for campaign season. The first 2 days back were pretty good.
Tues ME Lower Box Squats: Parallel Box bar x 25 95 x 8 135 x 5 185 x 3(added belt) 205 x 3 225 x 2 dropped down to 185 and added 50lbs of chain 185 x 2 225 x 2 Pretty good for a raw squat session, i hav'nt done alot of raw work lately and I think its time to change it up for awhile. Defecit deads 5x5 185lbs 3x3 235lbs and then the power went out so i called it a night Thursday Bench bar x 20 95 x 10 135 x 5 155 x 5 165 x 5 175 x 5 185 x 3 135 x 3 x 3 (3 differant grips) Tricep Pushdowns 100 x 50 Shrugs 90 x 25 140 x 15 180 x 12 Lat Pulldowns 85 x 6 x 3
