Haha! Didn't need one today! Like 70 degrees outside and I was sweating Jimbo! You probably never sweat there in Siberia. Here, we can have a blizzard last Wednesday, temps in the 20s or so and 70 degrees 5 days later.

Mr. Big, I will link those Donnie vids tomorrow. No chance I am filming myself! lol! Donnie jokes about how bad he looks doing them, no chance I'm taping me rolling around on the floor with bands looking like I'm hunting snakes or rasslin' gators or something!

Thanks fellas! Kuyt, don't know how fast those 295s actually were! haha. Thanks Devo, I love my set up. Always looking for new toys though. Going to build an actual cage this summer, some strongman stuff too. We'll see. I always have big plans, follow through is something else.

Big week 15

warmups: just a few shoulder things to loosen up and some rowing machine for a little cardio

Bench, 100% raw because that's how I roll when I feel like it! :
3x 205
1x 225

Pause Bench:
1x 260 (EASY)
1x 270 ( Pretty easy too)

Speed bench, 2 regular, 2 mid grip, 2 close grip:
6x 3x 160

Band Tricep Pressdown:
4x 25

260:
270:
First speed set
Last speed set:

Bench feels really good. Squats tomorrow, Deadlifts Friday or Saturday. Might throw in an optional arm and shoulder day depending on how the week goes. We'll see.

DOn't know if I'll need it! Those band pressdowns jack your arms something fierce. Like someone pulled the ripcord on my upper arms. haha.

Really sweet paused bench there at 270 Mike. Having a liftoff at the upcoming meet will just make it even better. Week 15 - wow, how the time flies when your getting stronger.
