Haha. That was fun. Not sure it's going to do much for my raw bench as the toughest part of the lift for me is about 1-2 board height, but it is going to be fun working this thing in!

OK, back to business. GOing to squat and deadlift very light tomorrow, more blood flow than anything. Then it's rest the rest of the week.

I feel really good. Weight is very close, will hit 198 for sure tomorrow, then ease another pound away by Friday and no stress for weigh in.

Fingers crossed nothing trips me up in this meet. Definitely some big PRs if it goes well. We'll see.

Thanks to JB for this program!! It is AWESOME. I'm going to do a variation of it for the rest of this year and if all goes well, I'll be close to 1200 by Christmas. We'll see, still a lot of work to do yet. But I am excited for this year. Big milestones will be hit this year. Book it.

If your triceps are stronger your press if going up regardless. There's a reason why so many people train partial reps.

Sounds like your ready, just keep the nutrient rich food intake up.

Nice work Mike. I would recommend using a pause with the ram. Takes away the temptation to just bounce and use the extra pop to ride through to lockout.
