285 is 285 whether it felt good or not. Great work. Congratulations on the PR. You are one of those guys that continue to progress forward week in and week out. It's great to watch.
On a side note, don't know if it's just me, but the 285 video isn't working.

Thanks fellas! I'm getting there. DOn't now what's up with the video. Maybe you tube is effed up or I've been chopped for having radio in the background Edit: Video works now, don't know what was up before. Youtube weirdness probably.

More good stuff today. I was a touch off, not as explosive as usual, but it was downright freezing in my garage today so that may have had something to do with it. Still got all work done. That's good.

Warmups: Donnie's band stuff (I like this!), and normal hip stuff from mobilitywod. Some jump rope too as it was so cold.

Squat:
3x 295
1x 330
3x 1x 350

GMs:
3x 6x 135

Leg Curls:
3x 10x 45

330:
First 350:
Last 350:

Just didn't have the usual pop I get from squats. Just felt a little slow which made them harder than I thought they should be.

Still, all in all a good session. I like it that I feel dead confident when I get up around 95%. Anything above that is a mind game anyway. I just got to dial it in on meet day and I'll hit a real good one. We'll see.

I love that I feel so good afterward too! Any other time I hit successive squats that heavy, I'm dragging afterward. Today, I could go out there and hit a few more singles if I wanted to. Good feeling.

Rest day tomorrow, auxillary Friday and Speed deads on Saturday.

No pop or not but those squats moved well and looked well grooved. Nice single work.
