Thanks Fellas! Did my best, got a PR fairly easy, but didn't get the big bear I was hunting. Punished myself with the deadlift challenge. Man, that was brutal.

JBPP week 4

warmups: 2x 15 swings

Deadlifts:
4x 275, 295, 310, 325 (crushed those!)
1x 345
1x 370 (PR)
0x 385 (Dammit)

Challenge:

57 reps

Whew.

was actually 13th set. Slowed way down after that set!

Have to admire your gumption to go for the 385 a 2nd time.

Congratz on the PR of 370 tho. Getting close to 4 PPS!! How's the old bawd feeling after all those challenge pulls? I would have liked to have done it, but the last time I did 100 pulls was a few months ago. It was punishment by the crew for missing a PR attempt. ( I wasn't supposed to go for a PR) I tweaked my knee and it took like 4 months to go away.

Man, I can't believe how many guys are doing the challenge AFTER the routine pulls. kudos's for that

Thats going to hurt and congrats on the PR. I will let JB make major form corrections but widen your grip just a tad. If your hands make contact with your thighs while you pull it can open your hands and also cause the helicoptering.

Mike makes a good point. It also looks like your hips are getting back a little as well, but really that is under max effort, so not the end of the world. Hopefully BTB will swing in and point out anything he sees.

Great work on the PR, and you will get the 385 at the end of the cycle!
