HaHa Thanks Kuyt. I do them on bench days!

Thanks Jim. Yeah, I was having trouble with the bar path, so it threw me off balance and my feet got screwed up as I went along. More practice I'll keep that tighter. Thanks. And no ink. I thought about it, but probably not to be.

Thanks Ravi, Hunter, BtB. My arms were like Arnold pumped. I could barely control the muscle anymore. It was wild. And that peak was more like a spasm! lol.

OK, JB. Whatever the mission to destroy today got destroyed. Man, today took everything out of me. I basically crawled out of the garage. I felt great too. It was actually a good deadlift day for once, but those deficits are HARD!!

JBPP week 3,

warmups: 2x swings, Poundstone glute activators (like a peeing dog, lol), 2x 12 GMs with bar, foam rolling hamstrings and butt, 15 reverse hypers

2"Deficit deadlifts:
5x 295 (a little too easy)
5x 305
5x 315
4x 315 (hips got high, felt it in my back and dropped it before something bad happened, probably wouldn't have got it anyway)
2x 325
1x 325 (let go of bar and took a breath, but second one never got off the floor)

Almost 10 min break wondering what the hell I got myself into.

DB Rows:
4x 10x 80

Swiss Ball Crunch: 4x 10 ( last set was 6 as I was cramping)

Side Bends: 4x 10x 80 (did them slower, wasn't too bad)

The only video that worked today as camera kept turning itself off for some reason. I think the battery is effed:

Did I mention Deficits suck?

I am getting the impression deficit pulls are not exactly your fave? Not to worry, next week we get to pull off of the floor for the first time!! Woooot!

Lets hope JB doesn't put any snatch grip deads intot he program because they suck even more than deficit deads.

Where was your daughter? Usually she makes cameo's.

Dont worry those are in a few weeks LMAO! they are more for speed though, so shouldnt be too bad!

Yep. Send it. Thanks JB. Good to hear I'm doing better with deads. For some reason I have trouble increasing that lift. I actually love doing it, but it doesn't love me......YET! HA!

Thanks Hunter and Jim. Yeah, those deficits hurt, not a big fan of those. Still, whatever works. No daughter this time, she wanted to watch Charlie Brown Christmas instead. I can't imagine why.

Man, back is already kinking up. Gonna hurt tomorrow for sure. A good hurt though.
