Bought the CUbe book last night and read it. Pretty cool stuff. I'll probably give it a run this summer. And it paid dividends right away as I did his warmup today and it really works.

JBPP week 3

warmups: lacrosse ball to creaky shoulder and some foam rolling my back (I always do ball work afterward, but duh, doing it beforehand prevents the creakiness), Rowing, and a lot of shoulder loosening stuff as well as Lat Pulldowns 4x12x 150

Pin Press:
5x 245
4x 255
5x 245
(did these wrong. Was supposed to stop each rep, but I didn't know that. I actually think TnG is harder with these as you're under tension the whole time. Could be wrong though.)

OHP, a little chili dipping cheating:
4x 5x 135

Speed OHP:
2x 15x 80 ( I realized afterward these were supposed to be drop sets, oops!)

Double Hammers 3x 1 min.:
25s x 35 sec. (what was I thinking!?)
2x 1 minx 15s

Only used belt on that last set as I felt a pinch in my back.
My arms after the hammers! Could barely scratch my nose! HaHa.

haha check out the peak!!!! Looks like a solid one today. No worries about touch and go, it really didnt matter. The whole point is for your tris to get fried. Dont really care how you managed it

Always remember.....I have never seen a big bencher with little arms!!!

Good to know as I was wondering about that. I did all my reps from a dead stop except that last set of 8.

I like the confidence on going for 25's on the hammers. 15 was also just right for me. That minutes eems to take forever tho.

I also noticed you were moving your feet around after creating your arch, thus losing tightness, which may have beena cuplrit in missing that 1 rep. Your strong on bench either way tho.

Now you just need some ink on those bad boys!
