Looks like a great routine. Do you think i could possibly use the same principles just do the gain in weight every time i come home. like 2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2 and then next time try 3/3/3/3/2/2/2/2 and the next time 3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/??

I would do it. Right now I pretty much go for all the extra reps I can get without going to failure. If I'm at:

2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2

I will push for as many 3's as possible. On paper when times get tight and I approach some strength limits, I will begin to push for just one extra rep per session. this should better allow my body to adapt to the stress. But right now I get the reps when i can and I think you should too.

This was actually a very good strength workout. But I had the worst back pump of my life. After front squats, I literally felt like I was birthing a baby through my lower back.

With that said, I loved the workout. It would have been close to an hour, but it took me (literally) 10 minutes between sets just to load weight...the back pumps were THAT bad. I had to sit down after moving each 10 pound plate and scream.

My overhead presses felt STRONG. Insanely strong. The bar was a feather.

Seated Overhead Press
185 x 4/4/4/4/4

Romanian Deadlifts
225 x 4/4/4/4/4

Front Squats
185 x 8/8/8

DB Bench Press
85's x 12/8

Closegrip Bench Press
185 x 8/8/8

T-bar Rows
120 x 12/12
i like how you grade your workouts lol. pretty beasty though

I'm still using the same low rep progression as before. I'm more consolidating the rest of my madness into a full body because I have never really tried a full body approach.

I have been reading a lot about old time strongmen like Hepburn and Anderson, and their training approach has challenged my thinking to the point where I wanted to try a non-split routine once before I die.

I am a "firsthand experience" junkie. I hate talking about things I've never tried.

When you do a lot of full body work, you then figure out why you need 3-4 days of rest and shouldn't train more then 4 lol. Give it HELL MaB!!!
