Thanks Ripped. I'm at a plateau right now with squats and deadlift. I just need to keep grinding.

keep pushing. My OH and bench are stalling right now. OH especially is dying, and at only 95x5x3. me being used to great constant progression, am going crazy.

Just keep them in there ,keep grinding and listen to you body. Eventually your will surpass your plateau it just takes time and persistence.
