Everybody Wanna Be a Bodybuilder
New log. Consider it an interlude. Taking a 3-4 month mental break from the strict powerlifting. Still going to lift heavy, but also going to play a bit.
Primary goal is to get under 250 pounds. I promised my wife that when I reached 45 years old I would get under this mark. I have to honor my word.
I am currently eating low carb. From this point forward I will be prepping meals on the weekend and knowing exactly how many calories I am eating.
My meal plan is:
8 am to 5 pm - 4 protein shakes. Coffee. 500 total cals. 20 grams carbs. 90 grams protein.
5 pm - Big meal part 1. Meat heaven (detailed in the post to come). 900 calories. Tons or protein and fat.
7 pm - Big meal part 2. Meat heaven (detailed in the post to come). 900 calories. Tons or protein and fat.
Once I see how I am handling this amount of food I will dial it back as/if needed.
Optional - Almonds as a snack.
Drink - Hydramino BCAAs - often.

You know, Boss, there is a "personal science" involved in what a person will tolerate and what they will not tolerate within their lifestyle when it concerns adding in diet and fitness, and for a long time, you have had this down pat.
Likewise, I firmly believe in the "personal and individual science" of tracking calories and weight training data and governing this calorie intake and weight training data while watching bodily feedback; and, being able to use the tracking data correctly to manipulate your calorie intake v activity ratio to a personal goal benefit.The science is learning yourself within the data and tweaking this to one's goal advantage.
It seems by your post, and years of previous history, you have this down pat too, boss.
This is why YOU WILL FEEL THE THUNDER under your feet when you walk. Its your heart vibrating with emotional ties to your personal well-being and time under the bar.

Make this on Sunday. It makes 5 meals. 9200 total calories.
Put the following in a crock pot:
--One large Onion
--5 ounces diced Spinach
--8 ounces diced Mini-Peppers
--Hot peppers if desired
--0.92 pounds 75% lean ground Beef
--20 ounces 93% Turkey
--0.52 pounds Italian Sausage
--3.6 pounds Chicken Breasts
--Salt, pepper and minced garlic
Once cooked, add with the following cream sauce:
--2 sticks of Butter
--2 blocks of Cream Cheese
--4 ounces Blue Cheese
--1/3 cup Heavy Cream
