Just as a heads up in counting your pro macro's. Each gram of BCAA is 1 gram toward your protein macro's. So you will have to track and plan your Hydramino BCAAs .
BCAA's aren't a free be when planing and properly watching a nutrition plan.

On Sundays, I also make a whole weeks worth of meals I will eat at work. (At home I wing it)
