Squats

October 31st, 2012

Trying to slowly add more sets to build up my conditioning. Really hammering each set with as much intensity as possible.

Had a really good workout today. Seems minimal, but compared to one and done training it feels 10x harder.

One step at a time.

Good strong set of squats BtB. Im doing something like that on deadlifts atm, working up to one top set - feels good so far.
