1st day back in the gym since meet
First day back at the gym since my meet this past Saturday, recovering from the meet and being sick.
Jogged on the treadmill for 15 min. in the A.M. for the first time in almost a year, then did some abs.
Bench: 135(2x20), 135x12, 185x10, 225x8, 275(5x2 - 30 sec. rest)
Decline Machine: 140, 180, 230, 270(4x10), 320x6
Incline: 185x10, 205x8, 215x6, 225x6, 235x4
Push Ups: (3xfailure) 20, 15, 10
