Squat day.. Had to run a quick Squat day.. Just did Squats is all... Was trading in a car for and new one before work. So in and out was the plan...

Deadlift Day... Slept wrong or something. One of my ribs on the back is just sore as hell. Really didn't seem to effect my lifting thou. So that was good. Other then that I just wasn't feeling it today, but over all still had a decent day. Next week on deadlift day. I think I can snag a new PR... Then I have to me smart since I have a meet in a few weeks. Maybe I shouldn't try for a PR...

Also this is just about finished... It's my new Deadlift Platform....




And through a little research and some idea... I found these.... I will have to double and triple up to change the tension, but for the price.. I'm going to try a couple of different packs out.
