It was a tough day. Less then 45min to get in and out. From warm ups and changing weights. Rest Periods were very short. I had planned on some Leg Curls and 100 rep AB's..


It's been a screwed up last two days.. My Son got transient Synovitis. Found that out yesterday morning.. Should clear up in a few days. It's a Started off as a Stomach Virus that moved into his Hip and makes it painful to walk. So I've been carrying him around for two days. Glad he is only 48lbs.

Then my wife had here Gallbadder tested this morning at 7 Freakin 30. And we just heard back that only 10% of it is working. So they are rushing to set a date to yank it.

Nice work! Getting it done.

Best wishes with all the family stuff. Seems like health issues rain just rain down all at once, hopefully they recede for a good long while soon.

And I miss the food pics too!

385X11 pulls is just a great set of old fashioned work. Well done on that RR! No doubt it kicked your ass.

Hope the family sorts out the issues on the medical front. I know the feeling when it rains it pours.

Strong reppage on the bench as well. Sweet you are able to focus so well!
