Saturday

Fasted AB workout


I did take in some Top Secret BCAA's along with my ProMera PEAK400 before hand. As soon as I was finished.. Took my serving of ProMera Con-CERT.

I think about the time your finished it's 375 reps... Had to pause the Video a couple of time to catch up. but I did all reps with good form.. Just at my pace..haha

My Thoughts:



First thing I did different then what the Cube stats. Is added a 1 rep Sump Pull to most of my Deadlifts. Been doing this the last few weeks and my Sumo is starting to feel better then my Conv pulls. My next round of Cube. I'll be focusing on Sump pulls through out the 9 weeks.



I switched out the Paused Deads for something a little different. The Cube calls for a pause 2in from the floor for 3 sec. being so close to my Meet. I'm not chancing it. So what I did was more of Speed Pulls. A nice Tight quick rip from the floor. Then about 2-4in from the floor. I just exploded and through my Hips forward hard.



No Belts really today... It's amazing how much a belt really helps. I used the belt on one set today. My 2nd Snatch grip set. My first set was really tough and my Back was really working. So I used my belt for the next set. That set was easier then my first. I ripped them up much easier.

Nice deadlift session. Sumo work addition is a plus IMO. Its working well for me.

And a couple of boxes of Quest Bars. High in Fiber and loaded with Whey Protein.



And the Wife knocking out a few Squats... Her knee is caving in a little, trying to work that out.
