Man you know I ate.. We had Eye of Round Steak last workout... Cheap Steak, but was pretty lean. Came out really good. Key is to beat your meat before you grill it and don't over cook it... (burgerking Style)

Was in a slight hurry today. Had to drop the oldest off at the Airport to go to Nigeria for a Missions Trip with the Church. Gone for 10 days... So about the time I made it to the Gym. I had a just an hour to lift. Thats living just enough time to get home, Shower and Drive to work.... I was still light headed when driving into work... Might not have been the greatest idea to eat pigs in a blanket before hand...
