I started a IF diet yesterday. Went from 9pm to 12noon fasting 15hrs. Did have a light Protein drink mixed with Water loaded with BCAA. Only took in 1/4 amount. So I wouldn't have an empty stomach with my pre-workout shot.

I have been on IF now for about 5 months and like it alot. It took about 1 week to adjust. As far as I know, some BCAA's like Xtend are OK but not an actual whey shake. However, I also think that it has to fit your lifestyle so it will work long term, so if you need that pre-wo shake then it's OK for you and thats what matters.

Solid upper body work as well. Those ab crunches look brutal.

I've been using EPIC Since Nov 2012.. I won a 6 bottles of it in one of there Contest. Plus I had one before I won.. I've got 1-1/2 bottles left... It works the same everytime...It's never losed it's punch. I've used many others and I will cont. to try new ones. But EPIC actually is the first one I've used this long. I think it's the way it's absorded... They should be coming out with a powdered version with DMAA in it soon...If you're interested I can find out.
