Thoughts:

Great workout.... Not much to talk about. Added a Rest Pause set on Pressdowns with a Static hold. Used my TGrips again from IronBull Strength... Main I Hate/Love these things. A few months of working these in. I should be able to just squeeze the barbell into.. But not today.. Couldn't even finish 3 sets of 10 with 135lbs.. Forearms and hands were screaming at me..
