Well in July I will be going for 2 State records.

Sub-Master 33-39
Deadlift 465
Total 1180

These are the records.. I have the deadlift one in the bag. As long as I can stay heathly. The Total State record. Will be tough.. If I can hit a400/285/500.. I'll have a 1185..

Thanks guys... There not tough records.. But you know what.. They are records.. So that does count for something.

I already old one Missouri State record, but it from Track. I hold a record I set back in 1999 in the 200m Dash. Still holds to this day. It would be cool to get another state record 14yrs later.

You switched routines why? 5,3,1 seemed to be working right?
Good luck with the Cube, looks like you have it planned out well peaking right in time for the meet.
Lots of quality proteins going in the hopper, will definitely drive up your totals.
