Ninja Pull Ups - very interesting as I have never heard of them but they sound cool. Gotta love all that supersetting and conditioning sprints as well.

It's a pretty explosive Lat movement.

I like using them in a circuit. Something to help get the heart rate up fast... This is me below.. I suck a KB/DB Swings. I need to watch some how to's on them.

I did 3 rounds like this... Better then running on a treadmill.

Had the Wife do another Cube Method Workout. She Did Bench Speed day... Worked off an 2 and 3 board. Her 2 board she was doing 100lbs for a few sets of 3. Then dropped to 75lbs off a 3 board for 3 sets of 15.. She did them all easy. This is her 4th or 5th Cube Workout and she is liking it. So Next week. I'll have her start over at the top.
