Trying to do Floor Press without a Cage sucks. Used the Squat Rack's lowest saftey bar. But had to lay on a Step so I wouldn't hit, but I still did a couple of times.. Need to find a better way.

Sled Drags Grass was a little tall.. made the drag a little tougher

Here is the Sled I made all finished.. I used an old HD Duty Belt and found the rope at Wal-mart for $9. It's for Docking boats and rated at 750lbs. Already had one end with a loop in it.




DONE......... Of course that means.. TIME TO GRILL..
