My wife and I pull the grill up to the back door when it's raining and grill away. The overhang from the house keeps us some what dry..

We grill out at least 5 times a week. She likes it b/c I do all the grilling. Less work for her to deal with..

Not sure if I like the food porn or training more in here.

Do you do anything but below parallel squats? Nice work for 8 reps at 260.

Today marks the first Day of my Cube Workouts...

Started my Day out with some Steak and Eggs.....



Was in a Huge hurry today. Didn't get home till after Midnight and had to get up early for my sons Field day at school.. Son took 1st in the 50yd dash and the Sack race.. Already taking after is father there.

Total Time in the Gym less then 45min.... In and out.. No Playing today...

Congratz to your son RR! It's incredibly awesome to see that and OR's son and Steve's daughter so active in sport. Talk about setting an example as well with your training and diet. I also containerize big time!

Nice solid and strong start to the cube. Those reps on hypers are impressive fresh let alone after all that pulling.

Thanks guys.....He was Happy for sure... This summer My wife and I are doing Training at home on Wednesdays. Which will be Sled Drags, Hill Sprints, Standing Long and High Jumps also some Foot work drills... I'd bet money he will be with us doing it too...Soon he will be
