Basically just a warm up... In and Out.
All reps where done nice a slow and below depth.

Bench was today...

Warmed up to 160 for about 10-12 reps and called it done for the day.

Last So called workout before the Meet..

Light Squats and Light Deadlifts... Worked up to 60% on both for roughly 5 reps.

Also Foam rolled for a few mins...

Setting up a chiropractor appointment tomorrow. My hip lower back is a little off... Nothing bad.. Just off and tight a little....

Now it's GO TIME...
