Squats looked good to me RR - depth was great and you stayed upright, with maybe a bit of a lean or breakdown on the 3rd rep, but that was simply fatigue beginning to set in. I agree, you had a 3rd one in you, but form likely would have broken down further, based on the 3rd rep, so I am not sure if it would have been worth it anyway.

Excellent work overall.

300 reps looked deep and east. Well done.

Thanks... I feel my Squats suffer, becuase I have a harder time pushing myself like I can on Deads. Just need to nut up and do the work...

Thanks, always worried about not getting deep enough... When I first switched from BB to PL. I was borderline on depth with lighter weight. Now I'm slowy pushing more weight and getting deeper. Which is a good sign.

Wife took this not to long ago... The Next up and coming Athlete and Power House. He just got called a few days ago to join a Club Soccer Team. He plays every sport they dish out here. He told me the other day. He has been working out during his recess time and now is the fastest kid in his class...haha

I do what I can to make little stuff fun. He likes to play sports. So that makes it easier. He wants to be the fastest kid in school. Like I was. I set all my school records and still hold a State Record from '99.

Everyday.. Out of the Blue I'll say 15 Push ups.. He will stop doing anything and bang them out.. Cool thing is... If he knows his form is bad or he quits early... He makes himself start over at 1 again... We started doing squat Jumps a couple of days ago.
