On bench it is, but for OHP it isn't at all. Still taking it easy...

Nothing speical today. Still taking Shoulders easy and just feeling things out. Getting some good blood flow to them is all I'm after right now. OHP has been giving me some pain for some time now. So I'm just going light still and trying to rehab it some......

Took my 1/2 dose of EPIC by LG Science.. Even with such an easy going workout... I felted and looked Jacked afterwards....

Weight today after my Workout... 181.5 lbs.. Thats after 4 Beef fajita's and 2 scoops of Cookie Dough Ice Cream.. sitting perfect for what I want. Making my weigth class will be no issue. Also proves I can a lot of room to grow in Strength and size still for this class. As I gain muscle I'll just have to tighten up the Diet more..


Shoulders

Shoulder Dislocations 3x12
Rotator Cuff DB's 3x12

OHP Seated 3x12 with 95lbs
Pulldowns 3x12 with 100
Standing OHP Behind the Neck 2x10 BAR
