I was givin a bottle of a Pre-Workout Drink by LG Science to try. I also entered a Multi-Board/Forum Contest for a 6 month supply of it. Stuff is pretty good, taste good... At a full dose can be a little much if your not used to Stims. I worked up to 3/4 dose and was fine. Me and my wife used it in about 50-70% of out workouts in the month of Dec. Got one bottle to last 30days... Not bad.. Anyway, my Video won the Contest and I got 6 FREE Bottles of it now.... If anyone remembers the Old Ultimate Orange from the 90's... Thats how it made me feel... But doesn't have Eph in it.. It does have a load of other stuff besides just Stims to help recover and grow.. Overall not bad stuff. Glad I won..

Any unusual pumps from it? I'm pump sensitive (pain) and always looking for pre-workout choices.

Not that I noticed. I did all PL workouts with it. I never tried a BB style workout with it yet. It does have a few things in it to help increase the pump, but there isn't much. It's more of a instant boost of energy. Literally under 10min you can feel it.

Thanks for the info. I get back pumps from squat singles from some pre-workouts.

I didn't notice any extra from squats if any... Now on Box Squats I did.. Painfully so... Basically once I did those I was done for the day. Once the pump wore off I was good.. Next time I have Box Squats and take a Pre-Workout. I'm going to leave them for last. Maybe per-exhaust the legs with Leg Curls, Calf raises and etc.....Get the pump going to the legs first, before the low back gets hit.

I have taken it on many Deadlift days without any lower back pumps.
