Not really, I just didn't have the mustard to even get the 465 off the ground. I wasn't as recovered as I thought I was.

Some light Bench Assistance and Rear dealt work.. Shoulder was feeling good. I'll have my Titan Super Ram here in a week or so. Perfect timing to start in with the heavier weights again... New Year and New PR's...

Squat day.. Lower back was a little tender, but once I belted up and pressed my Ab's against it. I was all good. Felt pretty good tonight. Hit a New PR in Squats and then killed myself with 50+ Leg presses...
