Just some basic Bench assistance work. Very light weight. Just seeing how my arm feels.

Rotator Cuff exercises 10min
Incline DB Bench 3x12
Close Grip Bench 3x12
JM Presses 3x12
Weighted AB Machine 3x25

Squat Day.. My Lower back got such a pump during Box Squats. I dropped down to very light weight on Good Mornings. Normally My back doesn't get a pump like that during Squats.

Low box squats will kill your lower back hence the pump. Good work.

Man do they ever. I have always just get touch and go's from a box before. As soon as I got home I took a IB and iced it. Pump went away pretty quick. Felt fine the rest of the day.

Deadlift Day... Felt great going in. Was going for a new Max today, but it didn't happen. Tried for 465lbs 3 different times. Never happened... But I didn't let that stop me...
