Awesome session. Just 3 training weeks to go before my next comp on march 3rd and im feeling healthy and strong. Hopefully it will go well.

A little off for me this week, thanks. Working too much.

I did hit a deadlift PR on Saturday of 635+ 120 pounds in chains so I am pleased.

Congrats on the bench PR. Way to get it done.
