First session of the new year......Time to make my goals reality

High incline dumbbell press

Cable side raise

Press ups
100 reps (40, 35, 25)

Great session. My road to 200kg raw bench has begun.....

BTB sorry I haven't be logging recently. Im going to be totally honest I forget if I miss a post. Been struggling with a knee injury but its getting better and better every week.
