Linedriver465 All Things Weightlifting

Hey all,

Many of you may recognize my username from M&S.

Here's a bit about me:
  • Lifting for 3 years seriously
  • 21 years old
  • 1104.5lb total in the 165lb junior class at 100% RAW Meet on August 12, 2012
  • Competition lifts: 360lb Squat, 242.5lb paused bench, 509lb Deadlift (state record)

**This spot reserved for my new routine and upcoming max videos**

I'll be testing maxes this week and am in the process of considering/designing a new routine to focus on weak points and bringing up my bench and squat in particular.

Stay tuned...

Thanks Steve! Time to rest up for my max testing on Friday. In the mean time, decide on a routine.

Westside, TMS, Bill Starr's 5x5, Madcow Intermediate 5x5, etc..

so many appealing choices haha

You can get plenty of Westside help here.

Me and JB do big but dumb routines as well.

Go with what your heart tells you to do and be willing to evolve. Expect nothing but monster numbers.

Thanks big Steve. Would it be possible to start running Westside without bands for a few weeks? I want to wait for a sales on Elitefts
