10 minutes of singles: 435 x 17 -> +2 reps over last session; increase to 440
Snatch Grip DL: 285 x 9, 8, 8 -> +5lbs and rep match over last session
Leg Press:
5pps x 10, 10, 10, 10 -> +.25pps over last session
3pps x 20
Single Leg Curl: 55 x 11, 10, 9, 8 -> +5lbs over last session
Dragon Flags Negatives : bw x 5, 5, 4, 3

Probably not enough rest time between my last warm-up set and the 500 attempt. Came off the floor easy enough but I missed the lockout because I didn't move my hips through/traps backwards quickly enough.

Plus, mentally, I may have slightly psyched myself out. Next time I WILL bury it

Thanks fen and Rob! However after chatting with Steve over the weekend I am going to take my training style and layout in a slightly different direction which will not involve a top single for deadlift. Stay tuned!

Quite high IMO. Resting heart rate is consistently in the high 40s/low 50s during the day.

I think the jump rope warm-ups really help as well as my overall love for deadlifts haha. Plus on off days/after workouts I sometimes hit the heavy bag for a few minutes.
