I know, I know - I'm afraid to bring my iphone in to the weight area and when I think to bring my camera, I get so in to my workout that I forget to grab it from my locker.

Tomorrow: Vid of Deadlift
Monday: Vid of Back Squat
Tuesday: Video of Flat Bench
Thursday: Video of Front Squat

I'm no expert by any means, but looked smooth and good! Your hips seem a little high, but that might just be how you pull. My critique means squat though, and my squats suck ! Keep smashing bud!!!

Deadlift looked good Nick! Much better than the last one I remember seeing! You have obviously been working on your form. Arms also look jacked when pulling!

Those dip reps @ 26 also standout.

More weight than I've pulled but I can say, you can jam hips forward when bar reaches knee to generate more power. Also, I pull more explosively off the floor but you didn't seem to have a problem at all getting it off the floor.

Thanks brother. Believe it or not, my hips have actually started from a lower position than in the past. It's no longer an RDL but somewhere between and RDL and where I need to start.

Speaking of squats, squat vid tomorrow!

Thanks Jim - glad to hear my form has improved noticably. haha, gotta love the overhead lighting

As for the dips, I had a little end-of-workout competition with my buddy who praises "crossfit" and goes on about endurance. He completed my chest/arms workout with me but could barely eek out 10 reps - who's the one with the endurance now :P

Thanks fen - working on that hip drive big time and I think it's improved but still needs work. The glute hip thrusts seem to be helping. Yeah, I've never had an issue getting the bar off the floor.

Haha Nick - I know better than to challenge you to anything, especially if I want to be able to move the next day!

Form looked spot on to me Nick - hips moved in harmony and did not rise first. I am personally more of a leg deadlifter as I pull off the floor, you are more lower back, but either is OK as everybody has different styles. The most important part is getting that leverage point at an ideal position as you pull from the floor. It looks like you are pretty much bang on.
