Hey all, I know itís been a while since Iíve updated my log. Not having a computer and moving up to the Northeast has made my internet access minimal at best. Worry not! Because Iíve been lifting Ė and nearly every day since June 21st.
Hereís some highlights/comparisons on my major lifts since June 18th-July 1 (Today)

10 minute deadlift singles: 405 x 18 -> increase to 410

Back Squat: 265 x 9, 6, 5, 5 -> increase to 270

Front Squat: 200 x 9, 8, 8 -> increase to 205

Snatch Grip RDLs: 255 x 10, 8, 7 -> increase to 260

Flat Bench: 190 x 8, 7, 7, 5 -> increase to 195; finally found a better bar path which should unlock future progression

Standing OHD Press: 115 x 7, 7, 6, 5 -> increase to 120; I brought out my grip which initially hurt my numbers but I feel like my shoulders are getting a better workout

Incline Bench: 170 x 8, 6, 6, 6 -> increase to 175

BW: 173.6lbs -> slowly but surely creeping up

Back Squat: 270 x 8, 7, 6, 5 -> increase to 275

Snatch Grip RDLs: 260 x 10, 9, 8 -> increase to 265

Leg Press: 4.5pps x 11, 11, 10, 10 -> progression!

Seated Leg Curl: 1 set -> right knee felt funny

Lying Leg Curl: 1 set -> right knee still felt funny

Hammie Hypers (weight @ chest): bw + 10 x 18, 17, 15 -> gonna be my new hammie/glute 2ndary movement

Angled Calf Raise: 3 sets -> progression!

Ab Wheel Rollout: 3 sets -> increase to 45lb plate

Bulgarian Split Squats: bw x 25 each
