thanks Steve! I've actually been lifting regularly 4-5x week, but I find it easier to upload my workouts in groups of 2-3 instead of one at a time/every day.

Saves time and more efficient ya know? Maybe it's not the best way for continuity's sake however :/

Thanks Jim! I might switch up the progression style for deads on heavy days - maybe work up to a heavy double or two, then drop the weight, perform a triple, drop the weight, perform a 4-repper, etc...

With the exception of some residual swelling and an occasional twinge (ortho said some nerve damage might be present during the final stages of healing), I'm 99.99% back to normal. I can wear my Vibrams, jump rope, perform power cleans, and every other exercise. The only thing I haven't reincorporated is box jumps - last time I tried those, I picked too high of a box and scared myself by almost slamming my toe.
