What numbers do you have in mind for your max effort? I think 205 will be easy. My guess is 215 or thereabouts. I wouldn't count out a 2 pps bench either.

I calculated 177.5x3 to equal a 195+ 1RM. I want 190 for sure, just to claim a new 1RM. Assuming I get that, I'll gauge how it feels. Everything I've read about Smolov Jr. claims a 15 pound bump, so I'm not going to rule out 200.

But yes, it was brutal, not so much the 10 triples at 177.5, but the accumulation of three weeks of frequent benching.
