Damn man your incline numbers are close to your bench. You think that has anything to do with the heavy overhead pressing you do? The reason I ask is that back in the 90's when I really started to focus on overhead pressing strength, my bench press and incline really started to rocket up.

Thanks Rm. Steve my incline bench used to be 10lbs stronger then my flat when i first started lifting WTF? i know. Its still prob only 15lbs off from my flat bench now, I dont push it as much from the heavy overhead. But I used to do a lot of behind the neck presses and Arnold presses and have very strong and wide shoulders. I feel strong overhead is essential to balancing the power. But I need to juggle both, when I neglect one for the other both get weaker.

Great presses. whats your BW?

My incline dangles around 80% of my flat bench, which is probably about the norm for most. However, if I did it more often, I could possibly bridge the gap.

Keep up the PRs. looks good

In powerlifting I competed in the 275 class but only weighed 253 @ that time, prior to that I was close to 265 for awhile, but have cut down to around 250lbs. Weight always fluctuates depending on night or day, creatine or not, what kind of food I ate, but typically the low 250's not going past 255 in a few months now. Goal is to stay strong while slowly changing weight and creeping into the mid 240's to compete in the 242's in powerlifting.
